We just bought a 2021 Toyota Corolla from Summerside Toyota. The sales man Mark Macphail was exceptional and was able to answer all questions I had, being super knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in, making it quite easy to compare and make a decision. The service was second to none and I would def reccomend his expertise to anyone purchasing a vehicle. In addition, he was able to arrange for us to pick up the car in Stratford and it was very convenient and easy for us as I don't drive in Charlottetown. The whole process was very fun and I am quite happy with how the car arrived and just how shiny and clean it was. Thank you Mark McPhail for all the extra effort you put in to make sure we were pleased. Very impressed by your respect and skills. At no point did I feel pressured to buy and when I did decide I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. The whole team working together made my experience AMAZING.
We have just purchased a vechicle from Mark MacPhail at Summerside Toyota. We met Mark a week ago in their parking lot in very snowy conditions - we talked briefly. A few days later we met him at dealership, we found him to be friendly & knowledgeable as there were a couple of vehicles we were interested in.
